Here are some terms and conditions I need you to agree to regarding your order ~

• Intellectual Property Ownership: Yazz Ahmed owns the copyright of this sheet music and the artwork.

• Permitted Use/Grant of License: you, the customer, are purchasing a limited license to use this sheet music, not the underlying copyright itself. The customer may print out one copy per download for personal use but may not:

• redistribute i.e. selling, transferring, or giving away the download.
• modify the file by altering the composition or removing copyright notices.
• make multiple copies to share.

Exceptions:

• small class rooms may make photocopies but cannot perform from these copies for any public performances or recording sessions. If a class or ensemble wishes to perform the compositions in public or in a recording session, they must purchase and download one part per musician.
• if any recordings are made for commercial use, the customer must contact the Night Time Stories record label for permission.

• Refund policy: downloads are not refundable.
• Customer data will not be collected except for the email used to make the purchase. 

Data will not be passed on.
